Cancellations Policy: Guest Cancellations

If you need to cancel any workshop, event, class or online course with Suzie Ford, the notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees:

There is no cooling-off period when purchasing or booking any of my workshops, events, classes or online courses.

All deposits and supplemental fees are non-refundable.

Retreats

Cancellations Policy: Guest Cancellations

If you need to cancel any retreat with Suzie Ford, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees:

There is no cooling-off period when purchasing or booking any of our Retreats.

All deposits and supplemental costs added are non-refundable.

If you cancel 90 days or more before your start date, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat. This excludes the deposit per person which is non-refundable.

Cancellations less than 90 days before the start date are fully non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.

Due to the need to commit to the organisation of the retreat, accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason.

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made by Us

If for any reason Suzie Ford has to cancel the retreat and it is not re-arranged for a new date, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another Suzie Ford retreat (either scheduled or at some future time within the next 12 months) to be used as credit.

Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by You to Me, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat. In the event of any refund offered at my discretion, the deposit (the amount stated as deposit for the retreat that you booked) is non-refundable, as are any supplemental costs paid.

Cancellations Policy: Changes made by Us

If for any un-avoidable reason Suzie Ford has to move the date or venue of the retreat, this will be done so to accommodate all parties as best as is possible. Full terms and conditions/cancellation policy as above still applies.
