Wild Woman Workshop

In this workshop we will move, workout, sound, chant, dance, do yoga and get sweaty and fierce.

This will become a shorter weekly class in the future, with this being an introduction and teaching us how to start to let our wild woman out!

We will get sweaty so please be in comfy active clothes, something not too tight, and come with your yoga mat and space to move. Please also let family members know you may be howling and rather loud - the wild woman isn't concerned with being quiet and neat - we're going to get loud and messy and have a lot of fun!

The zoom link will be sent to you when you book, and the recording will be available after for those who can’t make it!
